Frequently Asked Questions
Can I exchange and or return my Airlift?
Yes, if the size is wrong we will exchange for a new size (additional shipping and a $3 handling fee for exchanges). If for ANY reason the customer is unhappy with their purchase, they may return it for a full refund, minus shipping costs. If the hang-tag is removed there will be a $5 “restocking fee”. All returns must be removed from stuff-sack and examined prior to refund. Please contact us prior to returning at, email@example.com. The name of the person who placed the order must appear on the return address. All returns must be shipped back to Fido Pro within 30 days of purchase.
Will a certain size fit my dog?
Yes. To avoid additional fees and shipping costs it is important to know your dogs CURRENT weight and to measure according to the guidelines on our, Airlift Information Page. For most breeds; the medium will fit dogs between 20 and 45 lbs, a large/original will fit dogs between 45 and 85 pounds, and an extra large will fit dogs between 85 and 150 pounds. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend going with the larger one.
Where is Fido Pro manufactured?
In Colorado, USA!
Is there a retail store in my area?
Current retail locations can be found here. There are no plans to open new retail in 2019.
Are you going to introduce any new products?
Yes! Fido Pro is constantly thinking about and designing new and innovative products to both protect and rescue our beloved dogs.
Is the dog safe and comfortable in the Airlift?
We have taken every measure to design an emergency dog carrying harness that will provide a comfortable ride for the dog and carry for the human. Please keep in mind this is an emergency rescue device, the challenges have been to build a product that is lightweight and compact (so people will always carry it with them) and affordable. We understand that some dog owners might be more weight and volume sensitive than others, therefore we are adding Airlift accessories for additional comfort. Please see the accessory page, COMING SOON.
How do I measure the length of my dog to determine best fit other than weight?
Measure from half way down the front leg straight back to the same spot on the rear leg. Then refer to the sizing chart on the Airlift Information page. Keep in mind that the leg-holes are quite large and will add approximately 3-4” of extra room.
Do you provide discounts for search and rescue members, first responders, or industry professionals?
